REWIRE & EVOLVE YOUR BRAIN // DESARROLLA TU CEREBRO

Dr. Joe Dispenza is well know by his appearance in the film "What the bleep do we know", maybe one of the most important films that introduced concepts about quantum mechanics and consciousness to the general public.

Quantum laws show that your environment is an extension of your mind. Following your thoughts you will have feelings, and later, all this will become action. Moreover, your behaviors will match your intentions.

For Dispenza, mind is brain in movement, brain in action, so if we improve the way our brain works, we will be improving our mind, which is the tool we use for creating our days.

When you have an experience in your life your brain  produces an emotional chemical that represents the emotion or feelings of that event.

Later in life, if you think about that same event, your brain will make the same emotional chemicals and you will have the same feelings. The unconscious mind cannot know the difference between experiencing or remembering.

That way, we create moods, temperaments and personalities, depending on during how long we remember the experience of the past. What happens then if that emotion is negative and produces pain?

Interesting documents to learn a bit more about how brain and mind work together and what we can do to improve our lives.
